We can offer you at no extra cost, Fly and Spin Fishing lessons with one on one instruction until you are comfortable and successful in Fishing. Get the basic principles of Fishing for Trout, Salmon and Bass. In addition, we offer push button spin fishing for young children to allow them to get hooked and have the best fun they will not soon forget! Full Day, Half Day, and Overnight Trips Available!

Maine Hunting Adventures :
Our hunts are offered with a personalized touch. Our hunts allow you to experience Maine’s beauty and wilderness in the great north woods or in a farm environment. If you come to Maine to go hunting, you’ll discover an abundance of wild game across vast stretches of rural country. Whether it’s birds, moose, or deer you came for, they’re all here. Few states in the Lower 48 can rival the variety and quality of hunting opportunities found in Maine. And you’ll see that for yourself, once you’re here.


Maine Recreation Adventures - A fully guided tour where lunch, snacks and refreshment are provided. We make sure you have the appropriate personal effects and safety gear. Recreation trips can include truck, watercraft or physical activity. We will make sure your activity level fits your personal aptitude and ability. We will assist you on a very important part of your vacation, “The preplanning”. If this is done properly your Maine experience should go smoothly and you will get more enjoyment from your vacation time.

Maine Moose Watching Tours (Handicapped Assessable) Our moose tours are water based and land based to meet your preference.
Penobscot River Boat Tours (Handicapped Assessable) This tour is a starting point for people who would like to experience the river in their own way and leisure.
Maine Hikes We have several type hikes that you may choose from. From novice to expert we can take you there and back…waterfalls, ice Caves and eco hikes.
Maine Tram Way Trip A historic water and hiking adventure into Maine’s past.
Maine Snowshoeing – Eco tours observing Maine wildlife and landscape. Tracking and identifying animals and trees.
Maine Snowmobile Tours Guided tours through the heart of Maine. Also, shuttle service to Mt Katahdin for winter and summer climbers.
Maine Kayaking Tours ( *We Have tandem and single kayaks available) with jet boat or trailer.

Guide Bio:

Rich grew up hunting, fishing and camping all over the United States as well as his own back yard. He first learned to fish with his Dad, Norman in a 12′ aluminum boat. Spending time on the Lakes in Maine with His Uncle Rodney (Master Maine Guide), and down to Florida on the St John River with His Uncle Walter Young (Florida Park Ranger Superintendent), these special people and places started an Example and Love of the Outdoors that has carried through out His Life to Present Day. Rich is a Christian and believes in being self sufficient and providing for his family from field to table surviving from all that our Natural World offers. Having frequent summer trips to Florida, Rich spent time monitoring Manatees with Radio Tracking transmitters, Bass Fishing, and monitoring park activity with his Uncle Walter. Blue Spring Park, St John River,Hontoon Island, Manatee Springs are some of special places he had spent most summers exploring and learning from his mentor, Walter Young.
Starting as early as 8 years old on Ambajejus Lake, Rich spent summer days perch fishing and evenings fly fishing at Nesowadnehunk Lake with his Uncle Rodney. When fall arrived, accompanying his Uncle in Trapping, Hunting Partridge and Deer was enjoyed in Maine’s Back Wilderness. A family past time started his Love and Passion for Maine’s unspoiled Wilderness. Learning Maine’s Woods, Lakes, Remote Ponds, Rivers and Streams became an obsession that brought him to follow his dream of becoming a Registered Maine Guide. Combining His love and Passion of the Outdoors, Customer Service and Teaching, anyone sharing an Outdoor adventure with Rich will have a trip of a Lifetime. With His Life Partner and Supportive Wife Maryanne, they are living in the beautiful town of “Bradford”.
Rich, Maryanne and their two children Amanda and Annarose live on a small farm they named “Twin Maple Farm”. When He is not on a trip, He can be found teaching a class on Fly Fishing, Firearms, or working the farm.
