Since our opening in 1999, we are now a year-round destination for great beer and tasty all-American comfort food. Adirondack Brewery is proud to have grown at a rate of 15% annually, quickly graduating from Brewpub to Micro Brewery status with the Brewer’s Association. Throughout the years, we have invested in larger fermenters and bright tanks, a centrifuge, dissolved oxygen meters, and countless other improvements with one goal in mind, forever increasing the quality of our beer.
We at Adirondack define what drinking local is ~ all lagers and handcrafted ales are brewed and bottled on-site in Lake George and feature local ingredients whenever possible. We are constantly striving to ensure that our beer is fresh and at ideal drinking conditions when it reaches your glass.
Enjoy sampling a wide assortment of Adirondack Ale at "The Pub", located in the heart of Lake George Village and right next to the award-winning brewery. Our rustic cabin-inspired restaurant is open for lunch and dinner and offers a menu of delectable bites in a warm and friendly atmosphere. In warmer months there's dining outside on our covered deck or on our patio in front of one of our many fire pits.
