Presently a 9 hole golf facility with additional 9 holes almost completed. There is a restaurant with all home made foods with breakfast served all day. This facility is in the heart of the Adirondack mountains just a short drive from the Olympic Village of Lake Placid. We are located about 17 miles from the city of Plattsburgh NY where there is a Airport which is supported by many cities across the country. We are extremely affordable with additional prospects and that being there is additional building sites on property which would be very nice for a seasonal home. We are located approximately 11 miles from the famous Whiteface mountain ski center, again the site of the winter Olympics ski events.
