This circa 1850's house, now the Manor House B&B, is located in the foothills of the Allegany Mts.. on a 120 acre Horse Farm. We have fifty acres of wooded trails for walking or horse riding.
Our guest rooms are large and comfy with king size beds and private bathrooms. A full Country Breakfast is served in our Antigue Decor diningroom. Our common roomed is spaceous and has a large stone fireplace for cold wintry nights, comfortable chairs, and game table. A Private Hot Tub room is adjacent to the diningroom for your soaking pleasure.
Outside, in the center of our cul-de-sac is a large water garden with water lilies, beautiful colored fish and a fountain. A good place to relax in our several custom made Adirondack chairs. The Manor House has both upper and lower porches to take in the scenery and sights and sounds of nature which abound.
We are located near Ellicottville NY which has two large ski resorts and plenty of village fine dining and beautiful shops. Throughout the year one can enjoy numerous Festivals with live music, art and wine tasting. Our Cattaraugus County is full of natural beauty and and plenty activities of all kinds.
Our Horse Boarding Facility offers overnight boarding for guests who wish to bring their own horses for some spectacular horseback riding in the area.
