Our culinary team and menu design is led by General Manager and Partner Jaime Ortiz and Executive Chef Ken Kehn. While USDA PRIME steaks anchor the menu, innovative seafood creations ranging from crudos to Uni also standout, along with modern takes on traditional steakhouse classics, followed with whimsical, over the top desserts.
Our menu is complemented by an international wine list of over 500 selections which we can help narrow down for you with our in house Sommelier.
