Sands Motel has been family owned since 1951 with the 4th generation starting to learn the ropes. Located at the beginning of the village, you are in walking distance to shops and restaurants. A few small steps grants you access to the gorgeous Montauk beaches. On the premise we have 2 gas grills to enjoy a relaxing cookout on our spacious lawns complete with picnic tables, an outdoor pool to soak in the sun, or a shuffle board for some fun competition.

Our accommodations offer a range of amenities from your standard first floor room to rooms that will accommodate larger families. Upper deck rooms all have a balcony and a ranging view of the ocean. If needed, some are equipped for your cooking needs. Adjoining units are available for the perfect family reunion gatherings. For some extra privacy, we have suites which offer a separate bedroom, full living room, full kitchen and private balcony. If even more space is desired, consider our newly remodeled 2 bedroom cottage.
