Established in 1992, SakéOne is one of six saké brewing facilities in America and the only saké brewery in Oregon, producing Momokawa, Moonstone, and g Saké. Additionally, SakéOne imports some of the finest Japanese-made saké from Murai Family, Yoshinogawa, SakéMoto, and Kasumi Tsuru - distributing them throughout the American market. It is important to SakéOne that the U.S. is educated about the saké world and wants to squash the assumptions that saké is a beverage that must be consumed warm. The saké produced at SakéOne is to be served chilled, much like a white wine, and simply enjoyed in a wine glass. To learn more about the art of saké, come to the Kura for a tour and afterward head to the tasting room to enjoy some premium saké.

Our tasting room is open daily from 11:00am to 5:00pm. Complimentary brewery tours are offered each day at 1:00pm, 2:00pm and 3:00pm. Come out and experience our Saké Shock flight which features five unusual food and saké pairings!
