For nearly two decades, Chef Claude and Uli have delighted diners with their bistro's European cuisine,
hospitality and warm, casual ambiance.
Claude's culinary expertise was earned in some of the most legendary restaurants in Europe and
North America, including Maxim's in Paris, the Connaught Hotel in London, where he was chef saucier,
and San Francisco's famous Ernie's.
He applies his training and international experience to preparing classic French cuisine with fresh
South Carolina seafood, meats and produce. Claude & Uli's Bistro is a superb expression of French
culture: exquisite food; good friends and love of family.
