Chilean Cuisine Cooking Class

In the Chilean Cuisine Cooking Class you meet the chef at 10am or 3.30pm then work out the menu to be prepared, buy the ingredients at the local market and then prepare your meal - then you eat it of course! Your meal will be paired with a specially selected local wines and a pisco sour which we will also teach you how to prepare.

Every class prepares pisco sours, empanadas, pebrè and with the advice of the chef you will also select an entrée, a main
course and a dessert which you wil also prepare during your class - a very complete traditional Chilean meal. You will be finished at about 4- 4.30pm (or 9pm in the evening class) and afterwards we will email you the recipes so you can recreate the meal at home.

This is a day of great food, wine and sharing in an informal relaxed
environment. It is all inclusive and costs $40.000 Chilean pesos or US$60 per person.

Casablanca Valley Wine Tour and Chilean Cuisine Cooking Class.

The combination class includes a visit to the Casablanca Valley to taste some great wines and learn about our wine industry and also a full Chilean Cuisine Cooking Class.

After visiting the Casablanca Valley with your guide you meet up with the chef to buy the fresh ingredients at the seafood and vegetable markets (ingredients included) and then go back to the kitchen for the cooking, eating, drinking and fun.

The Combination Class costs $120.000 Chilean Pesos per person (visit and tour with tastings at Emiliana Organic Vineyard plus also tour and tastings at Indomita Vineyard.) This experience is absolutely all inclusive except for any personal expenses during the day.

We begin around 9.30am when we pick you up at your accomodation in Valparaiso and finish at about 7 - 8pm at the Chilean Cuisine kitchen on cerro Concepcion.

The Casablanca Valley Wine Tour and Chilean Cuisine Cooking Class is a fun day which includes the best of the Casablanca Valley with a “hands on” Chilean Cuisine Cooking Class. It is a real cultural immersion and you will be ready to take part of Chile back home with you to prepare a genuine and very complete Chilean Cuisine meal for family or friends. You will also learn a lot about Chilean history, culture, music, wine and food and what it means to be a Chileno.
