Qucharitas is a locally owned Ice Cream Parlor which makes homemade, artisan ice cream, waffles, crepes, deserts and paninis. We make the best ice cream in Cusco right in front of you. We are located in the heart of Cusco only a half block from the Plaza de Armas.
