THE SEEDS FROM PACHAMAMA

In 1987 I started with my first vegan services to my community and since there I had seven vegan restaurants until 2005. We closed the last one and we maintained resting for a few years. And we decided to restart a new vision in restaurant to do a high quality service for our Cusco and international community with a higher Vegan and Raw sharing with you.

In September 2nd 2012 we reopened for you dear sisters and brothers, and our service will provide high quality meals, of course Vegan & Raw options. We are also working in the project in producing our own vegetables and other organic products which will come directly to our restaurant and you will not only enjoy, but will also learn about many of the great things that Pachamama can offer to us. We need to make our part stimulating the New Generations to become vegans if we want a better World preserving our beautiful Planet!.

Our mission is to educate people to cooperate with the new generation for the preservation of our world, which is our Mother Earth.

We are active people in the shamanic path, meditators and of course vegan and want to share with you a natural and magical experience in the land of the mountains where the ancient Inkas honored Pachamama.

We are a well established, hard-working Andean organization based in Cusco, Peru; out of necessity to spread the discoveries and scientific facts of extensive research into archaeological sites and power places of Andean civilizations. Not only our experts were able to provide new scientific evidence to suggest a highly advanced civilizations that existed in Andes of Peru and Bolivia, but were was able to recover, integrate into their lives and then teach an ancient shamanic Master Path of the Andean Initiates. Starting from publications and public presentations on local and international arena, progressing to providing a direct living experience and evidence highly advanced Andean culture and practices to the visitors to Peru and Bolivia, we are now involved with large scale community and humanitarian projects that continue to earn us a solid international reputation as reliable representatives of Andean Culture, humanitarian activists and providers of genuine, spiritual and shamanic journeys into the Sacred Andes of Peru and Bolivia.

THE VEGAN CUISINE

One great thing about vegan food is that it can encompass practically any type of dish, style of cooking or regional cuisine.

Vegan food can be gourmet, quick and easy, healthy, indulgent, hearty or light, whatever takes your fancy. Many countries around the world have plant-based recipes amongst their traditional dishes. There are vegan equivalents of most non-vegan dishes that you could think of, including all those cakes and desserts!

The only thing that defines vegan cooking and baking is that it uses entirely plant-based ingredients and does not involve the use of anything taken from animals.

The good news is: if you enjoy cooking or baking, trying out some the many thousands of vegan recipes out there is a great opportunity to explore new dishes, flavours and techniques and create some thoroughly tasty food.

Many people who are new to vegan cooking find that, far from it being ‘restrictive’ like they might have expected, they discover a whole world of new dishes and ingredients they had never tried before!
