With slow coffee drinking and brunch by day, and thoughtful dining, craft beer and cocktails by night, there's always a warm welcome to be found at NOVI. We serve thoughtful food and drink, at any time of day. The menu caters for all tastes and dietary requirements, with healthy options, vegetarian and vegan dishes and hearty classics. Brunch is served until 4pm and our highlight dish of scrambled eggs with streaky bacon and griddled cornbread is always popular.

If it's drinks you are after, come and enjoy our homemade, botanical cocktails until 3am daily (11pm Sunday). We make our syrups and tinctures by hand and each cocktail is crafted in front of you on our funky gold plated bar.

The NOVI roof terrace is the go-to alfresco location in the city. It's the ideal green spot, tucked away from view, with scented climbers, herbs and plants galore, and rather funky looking Tasmanian tree ferns too. But it's not just for summer - come the chilly months you can grab a blanket and enjoy a hot cocktail under the stars. On our first floor there is a private function room, which can accommodate parties of up to 50, for drinks parties, meetings and private dinners. The second floor is the cocktail lounge, an area to settle in to for the evening, whilst enjoying one of our bespoke cocktails.

We accept bookings for both eating and drinking guests.
