Four stone cottages sleeping 2-4 people, completely secluded in the heart of St Nectan's Glen. With old beams, lead latticed windows; wood burning stoves and night storage heaters. There are walks through 22 acres of private gardens and woodland. There are waterfalls and wild trout in the stream. Overhead are buzzards and occasionally, peregrine falcons.

The North Cornwall coast path and the nearest coves are easily accessed on foot direct from the Mill through the spectacular Rocky Valley. Guests are welcome to use the spacious front lawn and patio near the millstream. The present watermill dates from the 18th Century; its function as a Cornmill ceased in the early part of the twentieth Century.

All 4 cottages are fully equipped for self catering and are high standard three star Visit Britain inspected cottages: 'Mill Cottage' (sleeps 4) , a former weaving shop has splendid views across the back lawn and valley woodland gardens with the millstream running around the lawn and visable from the cottage. It has 2 bedrooms ( a twin and a double), bathroom with bath and shower and separate toilet. Downstairs there is a lounge/ dining room with large woodburner ( equipped with satellite tv/radio/cd/dvd) and adjoining well equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, electric cooker, microwave and dishwasher. There are modern nightstorage heaters that offer controllabe heating.
'Miller's House' adjoins the owner's cottage and was originally the Millers' family house. It has 2 bedrooms; a double and a twin. It has 2 bathrooms and a spacious landing area between the 2 bedroooms which contains a sofa bed for a child. Downstairs there is a spacious and well equipped kitchen/ dining room with fridge freezer, electric cooker, microwave and dishwasher. Adjoining this is a lounge with woodburner in the original fireplace. There are modern nightstorage heaters offering controllable heating. It is equipped with satellite tv/cd/radio/dvd.
'Coachman's Cottage' (sleeps 2) is a small detatched open plan cottage that was once the Mill stables. A lounge/ dining room with beamed A framed ceiling has a small woodburner/ fireplace. It is equipped with satellite tv/dvd/ cd/radio . There is an open plan kitchen - well eqipped with fridge, microwave, electric cooker. There is an attractive bathroom new for 2016, with bath, electric shower and above a mezzanine gallery bedroom (limited headroom due to the A frame of the ceiling) with a double bed. It is accessed by a steep stairladder. 'Millstream Cottage' (sleeps 2) has an unusual conical shaped roof and circular bed/sitting room which has an easy to use and comfortable sofabed. There is a satellite tv/cd/radio/dvd. It is a small studio single storey and open plan cottage. It has a small kitchen with fridge, electric cooker and microwave.
