The Clifton is a licensed "green" home from home, ideally located just off the sea front between the pier and the harbour. Round the corner at the other end of our short road are the shops and stations - so close to everywhere.

All rooms are en suite with flat screen multichannel TV, hospitality tray, toiletries, and hair dryer, and a substantial breakfast is included in the price, where one can enjoy Steve's home made marmalades. Sometimes - but not always - we present our home cured bacon at breakfast.

Vegetarian Steve produces superb optional home cooked evening meals to order and will happily cater for omnivores and special diets.

There's so much to do in the area, and our public transport system is so good that a car is not necessary to enjoy it all.
