We have Quay House and Quay Corner, two imposing and very spacious, Grade 2 Listed, three storeys, Georgian, townhouses, fully refurbished to a very high standard that can accommodate up to 15 & 10 guests respectively. Centrally located within the Christchurch conservation area, The former vicarage, now called Quay House, has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and off street car parking for up to 4 cars. There is also a large garden, which is rare for such a central location, with tables and seating for up to 15. Whilst Quay Corner has 5 bedrooms, family bathroom, 2 ensuites, and can accommodate up to10 guests with off street parking for 3 cars. Again, a large rear garden with seating for up to 10 guests. Christchurch’s novel location is the coming together of the rivers Stour and Avon and the shores of its own large harbour. With breathtaking World Heritage Jurassic Coast and the stunning New Forest National Park nearby it’s a great location to explore. Christchurch offers a mix of History and Heritage, coastline and countryside views.
