RyeView is a stylish self–catering holiday home, situated in a private gated development, with parking just walking distance from the centre of Rye.
Rye is a great base anytime of year, always something to do, with excellent restaurants – to get your taste buds inspired. Cooking courses, original recipes in restaurants or why not buy from the local shops Rye Bay Fish, Salts Farm, Castle Farm and cook at home.
You can find a wide variety of Antique, Arts and Craft shops to walk around, with tea and coffee shops to refresh the palette afterwards; a perfect place to amble without pressure. Rye has a choice of restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets day or evening.
If you are a keen bird watcher RyeView is only a stone's throw away from Rye Habour famous Nature Reserve, Castle Water and the new hides.

Rye View is a three-storey house consisting of two double bedrooms, with the option of a zip and link bed in the main bedroom, bathroom/shower room, cloakroom, lounge, and dining room with fully fitted kitchen and all amenities. The house has been fitted with quality furnishings, sprung beds, large comfy sofa. We have parking for two cars directly outside the property in a gated development – a luxury in Rye!
The house has been built to a high standard, following the traditional local building style in the area but with all the comforts of a modern home. The house inside has been furnished with great flair to provide an extremely comfortable and attractive accommodation of 4 star , VisitEngland grading.
THE KITCHEN: the Swedish style cream kitchen with solid oak worktops is fully equipped for making anything from a quick breakfast to a four course evening meal. The kitchen is equipped with top quality appliances, including a dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, George Foreman grill, fridge/freezer and microwave with a comprehensive selection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery: everything you will ever need to make you feel ‘home from home.’ You will even have a place to store your wine if you venture to one of the many local vineyards.
As we know what it is like to try to remember the kitchen sink, we also provide a full range of cleaning products for your convenience.
THE DINING: an open plan area neatly situated near to the kitchen. The circular glass topped table and tall upright leather chairs, provide a comfortable environment that may keep you at the table all evening.
THE LOUNGE: a bright room with double aspect view with a juliette balcony at the front of the room. The comfortable, large sofa and armchair a necessity after a long day’s sight seeing. A neat slim line modern cabinet with matching wall unit supports a LCD flat screen TV complete with DVD player, with full Internet usage.
OUR BEDROOMS: we have used top quality sprung beds, which can either be made up as a King size or Twin beds, to suit your stay. The rooms have bespoke headboards, as a central feature of the main walls. The large built in cupboard, and storage space with ample hanging and shelf space, while the matching bedside table finishes the room.
THE BATHROOM: has tiled walls and floor. With a bath or shower, full height heated towel rail, washbasin, shaver point and toilet.
All services, linen, Wi-FI Broadband, telephone for incoming calls included in the cost of your holiday. We pride ourselves on presenting the house to the highest standard of cleanliness yet with a homely character with those extra touches to make your holiday perfect. We understand that you may be tired from your journey and in need of a hot drink and a bite to eat, which is provided in your Welcome Pack.
AVAILABILITY AND RATES: the house is available for weekly bookings throughout the year, with short breaks of min 4 night stays available in out of season weeks only, though please call for availability.
Our rates range from £425 (low season) – £700 (high season) .

SORRY: the property is NON SMOKING and we do not accept pets. It is not suitable toddlers due to the open stairs, but 4 year olds upwards it is perfect.
