A small and friendly bed and breakfast in Kemptown, a vibrant and exciting part of Brighton. We are minutes from the beach, the pavilion, the pier and the many attractions Brighton has to offer, as well as shopping in the Lanes and the North Laine, along with many many bars and restaurants locally. We have nine rooms, all fully en suite, and offer free wi fi along with a range of breakfast options; in addition we have two parking spaces at the back of the building which have to be booked in advance.
