These quality one bedroom split-level apartments have their own access and entrance via mahogany decked steps and sun balcony.
The purpose built apartments, located on a private quayside, provide superb views of passing yachts and the marsh beyond.
The secluded location and the almost hypnotic effect of the tidal river as it ebbs and flows will swiftly put you into a relaxed frame of mind.
Adjacent short term moorings can be organised (subject to availability).
Allocated parking for one car is available at the rear.

If you are after peace and quiet then we just might have something for you.
The apartments sit on a private quayside with a southerly outlook. Beyond the opposite bank of the river lies Romney Marsh with Rye Harbour in the distance.
The river is tidal so at breakfast you may catch a sailing boat gliding by and over lunch you could be watching a clutch of dunlins nosing for food in the mud of the river bank.

The pleasures of Rye's cobbled streets are barely 5 minutes walk. Further afield you are within easy reach of Winchelsea, Battle, Bodiam, Canterbury, the Channel Tunnel and the Kent countryside.
The 'invitation only' golf links at nearby Camber are well known and the adjacent Sands are glorious at any time of the year. Golf courses can also be found at nearby St Leonard's and Seddlescombe. Other activities include sailing, windsurfing, fishing and an abundance of walks. The nature reserve at Rye Harbour boasts several hides.
Cycling is an excellent way of exploring Romney Marsh using the tangle of narrow lanes, where you can discover Norman churches and 15th Century smugglers pubs.

Each apartment has gas-fired central heating, and all heating, lighting and linen costs are included in the weekly rates.
The living area has comfortable seating, dining facilities and a fitted kitchen. A colour television is provided. The large picture windows look directly onto the river and marsh beyond to Rye harbour.
Comprehensive tourist information is maintained and a large scale map of the area is mounted on one wall to help you plan your expeditions.
The bedroom and bathroom are reached by descending 5 steps.
The bathroom includes a bath with shower attachment, washbasin, mirror with shaver point, W.C. and radiator.
The bedroom has either a king-size double bed or twin 3 foot wide single beds, chest of drawers and wardrobe. A duvet is provided. Linen is included in the price, but towels are extra, on request at £2.50/person/week.
A cupboard houses the central heating boiler with shelves for towels and linen.
Shared washing machine (between my holiday apartments) and drying facilities are available in a separate utility room.

A garden table and chairs are provided for the balcony.
The apartment is available for adults only. The proximity of the river makes it unsuitable for small children.
Please note that the apartments are NO SMOKING and unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets.

3.2 My Aim
My aim is to delight you with your holiday accommodation so that you come back again and again.
I try to do this with :-
· Quality and cleanliness of the accommodation
· Creation of an ambience to put you in the holiday mood
· Provision of information to help you take best advantage of the area
· A punctual and helpful housekeeper
· Timely, meaningful and useful correspondence
I am always seeking ways improve all of the above.
The apartments are redecorated where necessary every year and the carpets professionally cleaned. The heating system is serviced, inspected and certificated annually.
After each let I send a reply paid letter to encourage you to let me know your improvement suggestions or tell me where I have slipped.
There is no reasonable suggestion that I do not action.
Proof of the pudding is threefold :-
· Currently, over 30% of my bookings are repeat visits. Over 70 customers have booked 3 or more times and 6 customers have booked 8 or more times, some as many as 12 times
· The extracts from the Visitor's Books (I have attached a small sample) speak for themselves
· The response forms I receive are uniform in their praise. Slippage's are very very few
