Rose Cottage is a quaint B&B located in a quaint South Lincolnshire village of Brant Broughton. Half an hour drive south of the historic city of Lincoln, 15 minutes from Newark and 15 minutes from Sleaford. Ideally located off the A17 and easy access to the A1.

The Cottage dates back to the 1700's and has a wealth of features and character.

All our rooms are newly refurbished and offer en-suite facilities. Free Wi-Fi, tea/coffee making facilities and use of a guest snug/sitting room with delightful log burner.
