Phoenix House is a charming Victorian country house situated in a quiet hamlet close to Little Cressingham and Watton. Great walks and fantastic Norfolk countryside to immerse yourself in. Newly renovated, yet still crammed with period features such as it's huge inglenook fireplace, the house offers just 3 rooms, 2 ensuite and 1 with private bathroom. Renowned for it's breakfasts. Phoenix House has to live up to it's 5 star, 100% rating on Trip Advisor and award winning reviews!
All rooms have free wifi, tea and coffee making facilities, Flat screen T.V. complimentary bath products, hair dryer and full length mirrors.
We are still one of the cheapest B&B's in the area.
The house sits in the middle of half an acre of gardens, with seating areas, pergola and terrace overlooking fields, with grazing horses. We have an outdoor heated swimming pool free to use by our ciients.
Although we are dog owners, we have had to say no to pets staying. This is primarily to protect future clients with pet hair allergies. Even our own dogs have never ventured upstairs. Our guests have exclusive use of a small chill out TV lounge on the first floor.
We would love the chance to look after you in the comfort of our period country home.
