Oakdale Golf Club enjoys an enviable position close to the centre of Harrogate. Set amidst tranquil and picturesque surroundings, it is the only 18 hole golf course lying within the town boundaries yet is famed for its rural atmosphere and peaceful position.
Designed by the world-renowned golf course architect, Dr Alister MacKenzie, in 1914 the course has two loops of 9 holes with a par 71 white course of 6,477 yards.
Set in 130 acres of gentle valley, the course combines elements of both parkland and moorland with varied interest from the first tee to the last. Its main feature is the Oak Beck which meanders through the course.
Oakdale welcomes visiting societies and external bookings for its facilities. Green fees £30 per person.
