2 miles from Oakham and only 3 miles from Rutland Water for bird watching, sailing, cycling and walking. Burleigh near Stamford for the Horse Trials, Rockingham Castle, Belton House, Grantham and Grimsthorpe Castleare all close by. As are the famous schools of Uppingham, Oakham, Stamford and Oundle. We are interested in family and local history and John is a keen church bellringer. Sorry but we do not accept children under ten or pets.
