Robbie and Michelle would like to welcome you to our lovely old Farmhouse, relax in our large comfortable rooms and enjoy the views of the countryside. Set in approximately 8 acres, halfway between Kelsale and Yoxford, we are ideally situated for exploring all that Suffolk Heritage coast has to offer, including beautiful villages of Walberswick, Southwold and Dunwich, Minsmere Nature Reserve, Snape – with its world famous Concert Hall, Aldeburgh, Thorpeness Framlingham, Orford and Woodbridge.
Our 4 rooms range from a twin on the ground floor to a family room, double room, and a premium super king room on the 1st floor. All our rooms have en-suite shower rooms, colour flat screen TV's and a wide variety of teas and coffees, biscuits and chocolates. With views over the Suffolk countryside, the double and the premium king size room also have their own original fireplaces. The dining room has original floorboards and fireplace and evening meals are available on request.
Breakfast is included in the room rate and includes cereals, freshly prepared fruit salad, grapefruit segments, orange/apple juice and yogurts. Toast, filter coffee, and a variety of tea are served at the table. You then have the choice of a full English breakfast freshly cooked with locally sourced sausages, baked salmon, smoked haddock, continental breakfast with butter croissants, almond croissants, pain au raisin, pain au chocolate (all baked freshly on the premises) or american style pancakes with smoked streaky bacon and maple syrup.
Evening meals are available from our 2 menus, one being predominately home cooked so does require pre ordering and we can cater for specialist dietary requirements on request .
We also have a garden room where guests are welcome to sit and relax in the evening and have a chat with other guests.
