The Highworth Hotel & Restaurant is a magnificent Georgian building located at the head of Highworth market town. Under new ownership in April 2016 it has been loving restored to a stylish, yet comfortable and cosy venue where everyone is welcome.
We have 10 Luxury en-suite Bedrooms. All our rooms are spacious and well equipped with multichannel TV and radio systems. Hypnos beds and cosy duvets ensure a comfortable nights sleep. Hospitality tray with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, water and biscuits are standard. They are all also equipped with hairdryers and top of the range ironing stations. All en-suite facilities include powerful showers and baths. WIFI connection to the hotels fibre system is available throughout the bedrooms and public areas.
Our restaurant offers great food for all the Family. Join us for lunch or dinner and we know you will not be disappointed by the wide selection of dishes, beautifully served and reasonably priced. Join us for one of our speciality nights; Thursday Night is ‘Steak Night’ with meat from our local
butcher – Andrews, taking centre stage. Whilst on Friday tuck into ‘Fizz & Chips’, Prosecco and fish goujons for 2. We also have a wide and varied menu with options for vegetarians and those with special dietary requirements
We host Private lunches, dinners & meetings. The Highworth Hotel is blessed with a variety of meeting and event spaces whether it’s an informal meeting for a handful of business colleagues, or that special occasion. The hotel can accommodate up to 80 people privately for an informal event
and up to 45 guests for a private dinner.

Orangery informal up to 50 people
Courtyard room informal or seated up to 30 people
Orangery and Courtyard room can be combined, Courtyard has its own private garden
We are in a great Location and have private car parking. The Highworth hotel is located in the centre of Highworth just 5
mins drive to the centre of Swindon and at the gateway to the Cotswolds. Swindon is served by hourly, and at peak time’s half
hourly high speed trains to London and to South Wales. A typical taxi fare to the station is around £10-12. The hotel has its own
private spacious car park with plenty of room for all our guests. The property is an old coaching in, so access is via a narrow
passage although alternative parking is available nearby if preferred.
