We are a small traditional Highland B&B set on the shores of Loch Long in the Village of Arrochar, overlooking the stunning Arrochar Alps mountains. Just 2 miles from Loch Lomond and a 50 minute drive from central Glasgow, we are served by a railway station on the world famous West Highland line and regular bus services to and from Glasgow. We offer free transfers to and from the station for guests travelling by rail and also to and from the Loch Lomond ferry at Tarbet for those walking the West Highland Way. Arrochar has 3 restaurants within walking distance as well as 2 cafe's, there are several more restaurants within a short drive. Arrochar is served by a small store (open until 10pm daily), a post office and a petrol station (open until 6pm daily).
Our rooms are all DOUBLE en-suite accommodating 1 or 2 adults, all with loch & mountain views. We offer free Wi-Fi, TV/Radio, DVD player and on site private parking. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate children or pets. Room rates are inclusive of breakfast and are per room per night.
All of the guest accommodation in our 1835 property is situated on the FIRST FLOOR (accessed by 14 steps). The front entrance is also accessed by 6 stone steps.
Our location is ideal as a base for touring the Argyll area or for exploring the numerous walks from the front door or bagging one of the 5 Munro mountains in the immediate area.
