Harvest Moon’s Treehouses and Safari Tents are uniquely situated by the magnificent beach on Lochhouses farm, which adjoins the John Muir Country Park, east of Edinburgh.

This coastal paradise between North Berwick and Dunbar has less rain and more sunshine than any other part of the UK according to the Scottish Holidays travel guide.

Our 7 fabulous treehouses command a panoramic view of the beach and dunes from a high tree-lined ridge, whilst our 7 safari tents snuggle under the trees by the beach. Both the treehouses and tents are perfect for the luxury camper who prefers “glamping” to camping! The treehouses now have electricity as well for extra comfort.

All treehouses and tents have wood-burning stoves, en suite WCs and hot showers. On site we also have a farm shop, BBQ and campfire facilities as well as our Kids Corner with chickens, ducks, bunnies, lambs and ponies.

This is the perfect holiday destination for families, couples and countryside enthusiasts who like the beach, sea, walking, cycling, riding, fishing and wildlife. It is also the perfect setting for weddings, celebrations or events.
