Cairnhouse Stables is situated on the West Coast of the Isle of Arran and is approximately 11 miles from Brodick Ferry Terminal via the String Road.
We are BHS and TRSS Approved and have been operating for many years.
We offer hacking and trekking for novices and experienced riders. The one hour trek is a gentle walk with perhaps a little trotting and usually goes down along the beach. All beginners will be on a lead rein. The hacks are for riders who are up to canter level outwith an enclosed area and must be able to control their horse or pony in walk, trot and canter in company.

All our horses and ponies are well cared for and when you make a booking we will do our best to get the appropriate one in and ready to suit your height, weight and ability, in order for you to have the most enjoyable ride of your life!
