The Pine Trees hotel is a classic Scottish Country House which dates back to 1892. Exuding history and character, the hotel has benefited from continual investment and refurbishment throughout the years to maintain the high standard of the accommodation.

Our most recent upgrading of the hotel included new carpets throughout, refurbishment of our elegant bathrooms and the introduction of an ecologically friendly heating system. We have also adopted an ecologically sound laundry system as part of our commitment to improving environmentally friendly practices.
We have also added new accommodation in the form of a converted coach house which now houses 6 luxury suites- each with bedroom and separate sitting room with en-suite shower facilities. Four of these are ground floor which is good for guests with mobility problems.

Other modernisations include the introduction of digital TV in all rooms and the convenience of Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. The Pine Trees hotel is also non-smoking throughout.

Our guests today are offered the essential facilities of the age, yet the traditional country style creates an atmosphere of timeless luxury. Surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens, the Pine Trees Hotel in Pitlochry presents an idyllic country retreat and the warmest Scottish welcome.

For those of you with quiet well behaved dogs, we allow them to stay with you in your room and to enjoy the facilities of the grounds and woodland for a nominal fee.
