In 2007 Graeme Pallister set out to create a restaurant following
his guiding principles of LOCAL - HONEST - SIMPLE.
The result is 63 Tay Street restaurant, situated in the heart of historic Perth.
63 Tay Street is adjacent to the River Tay which passes through the town
with views towards the wooded Kinnoull Hill on the other side of the river.
63 Tay Street has been an award winning restaurant for many years,
recognised for the food, the wine list and the team.
Graeme Pallister was crowned Chef of the Year at the Catering in Scotland Awards 2013.
63 Tay Street restaurant is a food lover's delight.
We pride ourselves on the quality of the food and service available and
bring you the very best in the Scottish Larder.
Good food requires good wine and we source our wines
with the same care as we source our food.
We have built a very good relationship with our suppliers,
all of whom are independent, often small and specialist wine merchants.
Graeme Pallister and his restaurant 63 Tay Street have achieved many awards and
accolades since he purchased the business back in 2007.
This comes with dedication and a passion to ensure that every guest is
given the best produce, the best flavours, and the best service at an affordable price.

CIS Excellence Awards Scottish Chef of the Year – Winner
Considered within the industry as one of the most highly decorated and
prestigious awards to be associated with. Graeme was also shortlisted
as a finalist for this award for two years running before successfully picking
up the award last year.
AA Notable Wine List (2013 onwards)
Another award recognising our extensive wine list that has matured and grown over the years to become a list of outstanding choice and variety. We have retained this award for the last 3 years and are among an elite group of only 219 restaurants nationwide to be given such an award.
