We are a friendly pub/restaurant, our food is good honest home cooked pub grub, we are situated in the lovely village of Defynnog, we have our church of St Cynog, dating from C11th, our bell tower has 6 bells, the oldest dating from 1686, in the grounds you will find the Defynnog Yew, the oldest Yew Tree in Europe it's said to be up to 5,000 years old,
We are only aprox 10 miles from the very popular Pen y Fan, we are ideally situated for many walks, all around us is beautiful walking country,
We are a 10 minute drive from the market town of Brecon and about a 20min drive from Llandovery
