Brazil Churrasco is the first Churrascaria to open in Singapore, on 24 September 1994. We were full from day one and have had the privilege of serving customers regularly since then. To date we have served a million diners and counting!
Brazil Churrasco Singapore was born in Rio, where we still have close ties with Palace Churrascaria in Copacabana. The food you eat at Brazil Churrasco is as good as you will find in any quality Rio Churrascaria. Still true to the original recipes and original concept. Brazilian in the know eat at Brazil Churrasco and appreciate the food for being authentic.
You are about to be treated to an authentic Brazilian barbecue with over 14 cuts of beef, lamb, pork, chicken our special recipe pork sausages and caramelized pineapple. Our meats are of the very highest quality, marinated in a 40 years old recipe and slow roasted over a special griller in their juices.
Start your meal with an order of Caipirinha, a typical Brazilian rum and fresh lime cocktail to whet your appetite. Or if you prefer, a good full bodied wine from our extensive list to accompany your meal.
And now, let the eating begin! Help yourself to a range of traditional Brazilian appetizers, local vegetables or fresh, crisp salads from our Salad Bar. Then sit back and enjoy. All the meats will be brought to you at your table by our Passadors. It is a continuous feast of meat indulgence – eat as much as you want, when you want!
