Artisans On The Hill is a Fine Craft Gallery, Teaching Workshops and Accommodation in the magnificent Manning Valley of New South Wales.
With unusual architecture and set high on a hill with exquisite views over the Manning Valley, this destination is only minutes from the river towns of Taree, Wingham and Tinonee. If you are travelling along the Pacific Highway, Artisans is only a 10 minute drive from the Highway - well worth the short detour.
The Gallery stocks works from some of Australia's (and in some cases the World's best) artisans in wood, glass, metal, fabric and more.
You can call in to the gallery any day - just call ahead first to make sure we are home to let you in and give you the tour.
At Artisans we also teach many crafts. You can arrange to come for a few hours to a few days and experience the joy of creating a wonderful piece in wood, glass, pure silver and lots more. Absolutely no previous skills or perceived talent are required!
Children are most welcome at Artisans and a large range of children's workshops will have them creating useful pieces using traditional methods in a safe environment. Many children have "wowed" their peers at "show & tell" after spending some time at Artisans.
Don't suffer the regret of never having visited this place - do it now!
