Pro Dive Lord Howe Island owned in partnership by Aaron and Lisa Ralph was established on Lord Howe Island in 1978. Pro Dive Lord Howe Island has built a strong reputation as one of Australia's premier diving operators. A reputation it still holds today.
We are an energetic team, passionate about diving and the ocean. Our skipper and instructor, Aaron, will endeavour to take you to a wide variety of dive sites to ensure you experience the unique range of species Lord Howe Island has to offer.

The island’s vibrant undersea ecosystems and plethora of endemic species are protected by both NSW and
Commonwealth Marine Parks. lord howe island’s isolation and the fact that tourist numbers are capped to 400 people
at any one time allows divers to experience exceptional diving in uncrowded and unspoilt waters.

Lord Howe Island boasts the world’s most southerly barrier reef, which is fed by temperate and
tropical currents. This blend of cool and warm water, coupled with the steep walls of the seamount
have created a unique hub of diversity. Over 500 fish species, countless invertebrates including nudibranch, sea stars and
soft and hard corals call the waters of the park home.

The diving around Lord Howe Island is as varied as it is spectacular. From shallow fresh water sink holes within the
confines of the lagoon, to deep pinnacles, caves, walls, drifts and gutters to explore, from macro to wide angle
lord howe island has it all. Our dive season runs from September to June as these months generally offer the most stable
diving conditions. Sea temperatures range from 19 - 26 degrees celsius. During this time, visibility has been known to
reach 70M and average visibility sits at approximately 30M.

Diving with Pro Dive Lord Howe Island will allow you to experience these unique waters first hand. Our new, purpose built

We offer morning double dives daily as well as PADI Discover Scuba Dives in the afternoon, for those wishing to experience SCUBA (no experience necessary). We also offer a varity of PADI SCUBA courses for those planning to further their diving education including Enriched Air Diver Courses. Night dives and sunrise dives are also available on request.
