Woodland is a well respected restaurant on Sydney's Lower North Shore.
Located just across the harbour bridge from the CBD in Neutral Bay, Woodland is owned and operated by a local husband and wife team, Jenni and Damian Heads.
Damian is well known from his 10 years on Cooking TV Show 'Ready Steady Cook' and was also the recipient of the Sydney Morning Herald's 'Josephine Pignolet Award' for best young chef. Damian and Jenni have been involved in restaurants for the past 20 years and bring a wealth of knowledge with them to their business. They are passionate about food and service and have an amazing team working with them, most of whom have been at woodland since its opening in 2013.
Woodland is loved by locals for its friendly yet professional service, a wonderful antipodean wine list, and a fresh and simple menu. Specialising in local produce, sustainably farmed and prepared with a minimum of fuss - you wont see and froths and foams here - just good, honest food cooked well.
The interior is sleek and smart, looking slightly Scandinavian - but is softened with all the plants. It is a beautiful warm space filled with passion and dedication to your dining experience.
