The multi-award winning village boasts 21 historic buildings and 12000 exhibits. Go along on Sunday afternoon from 1pm to 3pm and help the volunteers as they demonstrate 100-year-old machines to shell corn, make rope and turn wood.
Make your own free souvenir piece of rope. Expect your visit to take at least 2 hours, more on Sundays.
The blacksmith will also be demonstrating during this time. The Museum is open Friday and Saturday from 1pm to 4.30pm and Sundays from 10.30am to 4.30pm.
We are located at 13 Zephyr St, Scarness. Entry is $10 adults, $3 children 14 and under. Free for children under school age .
