Operating from Caloundra on Queensland's beautiful Sunshine Coast LARC ABOUT Amphibious Environmental tours takes in the natural beauty of the region as you experience the unique thrill of riding on board an infamous ex military LARC V! Don't be deceived though the passenger deck is all comfort as you experience the exhilarating transition from land to sea taking in Pumicestone Passage and the wonderful Northern End of Bribie Island.

We specialise in interpreting our regions history, flora and fauna.

With over three hundred and fifty species of bird life not to mention a plethora of marine life frequenting the area there is always something to see.

After all it's not every day you get to ride in a veteran machine that was earmarked for a museum! It's living history at its best.

The tour is suitable for all ages and we are wheelchair friendly but please let us know prior to the day if you require wheelchair access.

The LARC is also perfect for special occasions/ business functions with a capacity of 36 passengers.

Tours range from 1 - 8 hours with our 2 hour tour being the most popular.

Tours operate on demand with a minimum capacity of 10 passengers.
