Under the guidance of highly acclaimed Executive Chef Cameron Matthews, The Clovelly Estate has created a new, relaxed, fresh and zesty lunchtime menu which continues to showcase the best of the Sunshine Coast’s stunning seafood and summer produce. Guests now have the choice of dishes, all individually priced a la carte menu. Available Lunch – Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 12 noon

Signature restaurant of Montville’s picturesque Spicers Clovelly Estate, The Long Apron is a dining experience that insists on a lengthy stay. This intimate restaurant feels instantly inviting and once seated in the elegant yet comfortable dining room, with its black French provincial style chairs and spotless white tablecloths, or out on the terrace gazing out over the Sunshine Coast hinterland, you’ll find it hard to leave. Most alluring of all are Cameron Matthews’ seasonal European inspired dishes, which blend classic technique and the finest local produce with exquisite results. The likes of Peachester chicken with peanuts, puffed rice, lemon puree and wild bee honey may be enjoyed a la carte in five courses or as part of a tasting menu expertly matched to a complementary wine list.
