Greek style Villa on the hills overlooking Kangaroo Island and Rapid Heads. Great sea views, six person hot tub in very private courtyard, polished cement floors with underfloor heating and wood fire, overhead fans in summer. The Villa is very comfortable and set in a rural setting, allowing you to unwind and relax. We cater for honeymooners, people just wanting to unwind for the weekend and girls weekends, not to mention making your four legged family members welcome as well. Fully enclosed safe area for dogs, can even cater for your horses if necessary. The Villa has two very comfortable bedrooms, a spacious living area, equipped kitchen and then the private courtyard out the back with the six person hot tub.

Sip a wine on the verandah and enjoy the stunning sunsets or luxuriate in the spa and let the world go by.

We are one hour south of Adelaide on the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula and are on the way to the ferry to Kangaroo Island. The Villa is only ten minutes to three stunning beaches and we have wineries and golf courses close by, a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy our picturesque area before heading to Kangaroo Island. We are situated on a horse stud on the hills above Yankalilla Bay and offer a quiet, very comfortable and private base to enjoy the area.

We also have the most amazing sunsets over the sea, these are photographed and commented on by our guests as being some of the best they have seen anywhere in the world.
