Old-world, small cottage located at the very end of a 3-house cul-de-sac. Opposite the cottage is a marked pathway leading you on 3minute walk through sand-dunes to Normanville's extensive and beautiful, long fine-sand beach.
The cottage has been fully renovated and rejuvenated, is open plan with a double bed, lounge, dining area, kitchen and bathroom. There is also a small 'dressing' room which also includes a single bed. Maximum occupancy is two adults.
Dunes Cottage is best described as a 'home away from home', and features an extensive library, radio, TV & DVD's, full electric kitchen, microwave, kitchen appliances as well as crockery, cutlery, utensils etc. The small yard is fully fenced. Airconditioning and gas heating in the cottage, and car is angle-parked in front of the cottage, not under cover. Outdoor table and seating included as well as BBQ.
The cottage is ideally located for touring in and around the renowned Fleurieu Peninsula - check the website for touring suggestions. In Normanville itself, the cottage is centrally located and off the main street leading to the beach.
All cottage bed,bath,kitchen linen is supplied, and the cottage is ideal for either minimum stays of 2nights, or longer stays for exploring the peninsula.
