4 star accommodation in Geeveston's historic home. Built in 1870 by the town's founder John Geeves, Cambridge House has been lovingly restored with modern facilities. We have rooms upstairs & down, all with bathrooms, TV, fridge, heating, electric blankets & tea & coffee making facilities.
There is a guest lounge for your use & a large garden & verandah as well for you to enjoy.
A separate guest entry ensures your privacy & there are no shared areas with your hosts.
Included in our room rates are our legendary full cooked breakfasts along with our own fruit from the garden & home made jams etc.
And yes! - we really do have platypus living in the river at the bottom of the garden!
We are less than an hour from Hobart in the centre of the Huon Valley, so a perfect base for several days of exploration of our attractions, National Parks, wineries, cider houses, restaurants etc.
