The Carnamah Historical Society was founded in 1983 to collect, record, preserve and promote local history. We established and run the Carnamah Museum, conserve and open the heritage-listed Macpherson Homestead and share history online.
Our museum is located at 10 Macpherson Street next door to the Carnamah Post Office is open Friday afternoons from 1-30 to 5pm and at any other times by request.
