Situated on the unique coastal limestone soils in Karnup, Peel Estate is just 40 minutes drive south of Perth. Established in 1973, Peel Estate is the oldest winery and vineyard for the Peel region.
Our location makes us an ideal destination for day trips. At the winery there are BBQ facilities and plenty of shady trees for a picnic. There is a big tasting room for sampling and wines can be bought to take away or enjoy in the grounds.
Each summer, Peel Estate hosts the annual Great Shiraz Tasting which showcases 20 of the best 6 year old Shiraz in the world. There are also jazz, blues, and country music events in the vineyard every summer. These have become popular Sunday outings for many so make sure to check out our calendar of events for what's on.
