About the property

An iconic property in Perth offering something for everyone! The hotel offers accommodation for corporate and leisure travellers. The rooms are luxuriously comfortable after the multi-million dollar upgrade at a reasonable price within our star category. The hotel guarantees free parking to all its guests and the local train station being opposite the road makes the daily business easier.

Our Heritage Room has been listed in a municipal inventory in recognition of its heritage significance and 2013 marked the 115th anniversary for the hotel. Over this period the hotel has developed associations with the Government travellers especially in railways and some corporate companies.
Our food and beverage caters for all pallets with the Bistro offering sumptuous meals operating for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. The lounge bar has a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy a drink or two! The hotel holds its local significance with having an alfresco courtyard, the 1898 Sports Bar and a bottle-shop.

In addition to a recent renovation & construction of additional rooms, the Hotel retains many of its original interior treatments, including a pressed-metal decorative ceiling and ornate timber mantels.


About our staff

Our staff and management endeavour to deliver a memorable and relaxing experience at various outlets within the Hotel. Our chefs are creative with the menus using some of the fresh local produce. A lot more modern style and flavour coming up soon! Our bar staff have an eye to keep your moods topped up in the Sports Bar following a very responsible service manner. Overall, as a team we give you our commitment to your satisfaction!

Local neighbourhood is an upcoming area with a small market street offering all the daily necessities. The local demographic is diverse and the area has a friendly feel to it. With free parking guaranteed for in-house guests, entire Perth region becomes our neighbourhood. Major attractions in Perth are all within a 5 to 10 minute drive like: major shopping centres like Morley Galleria, Burswood Entertainment Complex, WACA stadium, Belmont Racecourse, Ascot Race Course and many more.
