Get the Adrenalin rush of a lifetime!

WA Skydiving Academy has been operating since 1987 offering two types of 1st time jumps.

Come along for the ride with a Tandem Skydive or learn how to do it yourself with the Accelerated Freefall (AFF) Beginners First Jump Course.

The Tandem Jumps require very little, in the way of instruction with traditionally only a 20 minute briefing required to show you exactly what is involved and what to do. You are secured to the front of an experienced Tandem Master prior to exiting the aircraft, throughout the 200km/h freefall, the parachute ride and landing... easy, and a great gift idea.

Jump into Perth City, Mandurah Beach or Pinjarra from 6,000ft, 8,000ft, 10,000ft, 12,000ft, 14,000ft or 15,000ft. Freefall time varies with altitude, from 10 to 66 seconds where you can experience freefall, learn some aerial skills or watch others fly around you.

By 4,000ft the tandems are under canopy, giving you plenty of time to learn the characteristics of a parachute for a later descent. Or, if it's a once in a lifetime experience, sit back in the harness, feel the breeze, enjoy the view and savour the exhilarating taste of adrenalin.

AFF (Accelerated Freefall) beginners first jump courses are run regularly with training tailored to your requirements. Certainly more involved than the Tandem jump but the feeling of self-esteem once completed makes the extra effort worthwhile. Two freefall Instructors jump with you actually holding on to you to and monitor and help out where required and once you are under parachute you simply follow them home to the landing area.
