Snowplanet is New Zealand’s only all-year indoor snow resort open every day of the year, located 30 minutes north of Auckland. Escape the hustle and bustle of the city life and enjoy the adventure of Snowsports and the atmosphere of a snow village. At Snowplanet you can go skiing, snowboarding, tubing and tobogganing or dine at Snowplanet's 7 Summits Restaurant & Bar.
Snowplanet's indoor ski slope is 200m long and includes a terrain park with jumps & rails, a platter lift and a beginners ski mat which leads to the beginner’s area. There are activities and equipment available for everyone from the first timer to the advanced, and everyone in between.
Be sure to visit the friendly food and beverage team in the 7 Summits Restaurant & Bar. Snowplanet's menu has been crafted to keep your taste buds on the edge of their seat. Relax fireside while watching all the action out on the slope through panoramic windows. Fully licensed. Open weekdays from 10am and weekends from 9am until late.
