Martinborough Villa is an architecturally designed luxury retreat located in Martinborough Estate and adjacent to Martinborough Golf Course, a gently undulating full 18 hole golf course with beautiful mature trees.
Martinborough is one of New Zealand's favourite wine regions. It is mainly known for producing some of the country's top class Pinot Noir wines. It is a leisurely 1 1/2 hour drive NE of Wellington. There are several quaint small country towns located within a short drive of Martinborough - offering a great choice of boutiques and cafes as well as other unique attractions. Martinborough itself has a variety of restaurants and cafes, wineries and outdoor activities.
The villa is purpose built and furnished to provide luxury holiday accommodation. It provides modern, professionally designed interior decor.
The house sleeps eight people comfortably in four bedrooms which are serviced by two bathrooms, plus an extra toilet.
The lounge, dining, kitchen and family areas are open plan, with floor to ceiling glass to make the most of the outlook over the golf course and countryside, and provide indoor/outdoor flow to the BBQ area and heated swimming pool.
