The Patscherkofel, traditionally known as the "Innsbruck Hausberg" (home mountain), is only 10 minutes far away from the Tyrolean Capital Innsbruck. Site of olympic Downhill history in the years 1964, 1978 and the Youth Olympic Games 2012. The varied, sunny area offers 18 km snow reliable slopes of all difficulty levels and is suitable for all age levels. With the addition of the snowpark on the Patscher Sonnenplateau (sun plateau) at 1900 m altitude, there is an extra attraction for all enthusiastic freestylers. The Patscherkofel is not only famous because of its long history in sports, but also for its unique panorama view over Innsbruck, Stubai Valley and the Inn Valley as well as of more than 400 mountain peaks.
