The Pivnica HS, due to its unique authentic atmosphere in Sarajevo is a favorite place of all beer lovers and those who want to enjoy the superb cuisine.
History, tradition and quality in one place, can best describe this unique restaurant, which was opened in 2004. It is located in the center of Sarajevo, in the part of Stari Grad called Bistrik, just a few meters from the Sarajevska pivara (Sarajevo Brewery), in a building that is a protected historical building. In addition, in the vicinity of the Pivnica HS there is one and only museum of brewery in B&H.
We offer a variety of dishes, from grilled to order meals of the traditional Bosnian international and vegetarian cuisine, which will satisfy the biggest gourmets.
In addition to all kinds of Sarajevsko, we would emphasize the unfiltered light Sarajevsko and dark Sarajevsko beer. These types of beer are produced only a few meters from the Pivnica HS in the world famous Sarajevska pivara (Sarajevo Brewery), which has had a tradition since 1864.
