In the heart of Copenhagen you find the Biotrattoria, Ché Fè.
Here they will welcome you to the only Italian organic trattoria in Denmark. Ché Fè opend in 2012 and have ever since had the focus upon quality craftsmanship and authentic Italian organic enogastronomy in a cozy atmosphere.
Your hosts at the restaurant; owner Alessandro Jacopini, head chef Enrico and sommelier Katrine Giorgio will guarantee for your authentic Italian gastronomy and experience.
In order to ensure authentic Italian enogastonomi, we import most of our ingredients and specialties from selected suppliers in Italy, whom we know and have a good relationship to, this includes meat and dairy products as well a wine.
The focus on organic ingredients and sustainability derives from a strong wish to make life more pure and simple which is the Italian dogma. This means that they use ingredients with a minimum of processing, such as wholegrain rice, bread and pasta, banning heavy stuff such as butter and sauces and using light olive oils, vinegars and citrus fruits to balance the acids in the body. All this stimulates the digestion and ensures that the guests can raise from the table without any heaviness.
You should go to visit Ché Fè because of the fantastic authentic Italian enogastronomy and cozy atmosphere. Because of the personnel, black rise, salsiccia with fennel seeds, pasta and bread and wonderful selected wines.
The organic is just something obvious.
