Isabelle and Thierry Lhuillery attached to their region rich in many renowned and tasty specialities offer original and character. They are familiar with the producers with whom they work for many years. Products are prepared in respect of the taste and highlighted by subtle spices and aromatic plants alliances. Thierry Lhuillery earned the title of "Maître Restaurateur". This title issued by the State, recognizes excellence in the best traditional catering professionals who are committed to achieve "authentic cuisine not using any meals that would be warm.
